Hello, my name is Michael Muirhead and I am one of the owners of Texas C.A.R.S. I am very excited to bring our automotive concierge service to the Addison Area. I have been in this industry since 1999 and started as a Service Advisor. Texas C.A.R.S. is a branch of my original company, Oil@Work. All that time has allowed me to work with multiple properties and property managers throughout the metroplex. One of the major differences that you will find with me is that I did not start in the automotive industry. Because of this I do not have the same mindset as most service managers do in this line of work. I believe that you can earn a living by doing things the right way and not pushing unnecessary repairs. My goal is to never have a customer feel that they overpaid or were ripped off.
